IMA Grenada Commissions Independent Review of the Citizenship by Investment Programme

Residents, applicants, agents and institutional stakeholders are invited to share their experience
IMA Grenada has commissioned an independent review of Grenada’s Citizenship by Investment (CBI) programme. The research will be administered through Caribbean Analytics, an independent research platform, and will gather evidence from residents and the diaspora, economic citizens and applicants, licensed local agents, international marketing agents, industry partners and government stakeholders.
The review will run during September–October 2026. It combines online questionnaires, field interviews by trained and authorised enumerators, stakeholder interviews and focus groups. Responses are securely collected through Caribbean Analytics. IMA Grenada receives combined findings rather than individual public responses.
“We are not commissioning this review to be told we are doing well. We are commissioning it to find out,” said Mr. Thomas Anthony, Chief Executive Officer of IMA Grenada. “The programme belongs to Grenada. Grenadians should have a direct say in how it is assessed, alongside the applicants, citizens, agents and institutions who engage with it. Responses are handled through the independent research platform and reported to us as combined findings.”
Members of the public can take part on a mobile device or computer by visiting https://ima.caribanalytics.com, or by scanning the QR code on approved IMA Grenada and Caribbean Analytics materials. The public questionnaire takes about ten minutes, is anonymous, and asks what people know about the programme, what they believe it delivers for Grenada, and what should improve.
During September–October 2026, trained enumerators will also collect public responses across Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique. Each enumerator will carry a name badge and signed IMA Grenada authorisation letter. Enumerators do not collect names, identification numbers, payment details, money or documents.
Agents, economic citizens, applicants, industry partners and government agencies will receive audience-specific invitations by email for questionnaires, interviews or focus groups. Invited participants are asked to respond by 26 September 2026. These invitation links are not intended for public circulation.
Findings will be reported to the IMA Grenada Board, with an appropriate public summary to follow.
